I took my fitbit off earlier this afternoon and forgot to put it back on...I know I did more than 300 steps today. I was looking forward to seeing how many flights of stairs I did while doing laundry and keeping the wood furnace burning in the basement. I'll have to estimate but I've learned in the two weeks of having the fitbit that my estimates were somewhat low.
(hence the picture, counting steps...get it? get it?)
Oh, well. I guess all that *really* counts is that I did do some indoor walking with Leslie. It was too snowy to walk outdoors (I'm afraid of slipping/falling). I also remembered that I had received a couple of DVDs for joining SparkCoach so I put one of those on...and WOOHOO, it's a walking program (I really like walking DVDs) with Coach Nicole (she looks SO young with her short, short hair!). I only did a few minutes of that because it was time to think about getting supper figured out but it will definitely become part of my routine.
Yesterday and today I also did a couple of stretching videos here on SP - only 3 or 4 minutes each. Not enough to really count as exercise (but I'm counting it anyway...it all has to count after you've spent the better part of a decade either on the couch or a computer chair!)
Spent some time reading "The Spark" - the first book that describes how SparkGuy started SP and the overall "process" of the program. I'm trying to make use of the extra resources that they offer too, so I think I'm going to go back to chapter one and start journaling as I read the book and the extras.
Those were the highs and lows of today! Keep sparking!
