I was walking on the treadmill but now I have added a hill of 5, added 20 min on the eliptical, and 20 min on the bicycle. Then I do either upper body machines or the lower body machines. That is alot for a 70 yr old. I've never quite remembered sweating so much.
I'm completely wet when I'm done. Blessings to all
