Oh, the JOY!

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

I am so glad that Pay Day finally got here!
I have been eating up all my canned and frozen veggies, because I am out of all the fresh ones!
Tomorrow I get my grocery order and I will be all stocked up again! I have a bunch of recipes I want to try, and I will finally have the ingredients that I need. I finally have milk and yogurt again! I even got myself a few treats-Mango sorbet and Angelfood cake! I really hate it when I run out of money before the end of the month and I can't get the things I need for my healthy new eating style.
I went to Walmart and trader Joe's today and got some things that I usually can't get with my grocery order. I got organic yogurt and milk and all kinds of different dried fruits and nuts! I also got some Multigrain British Muffins (Trader Joe's English Muffins.) that look really good! I am going to have one of those for breakfast tomorrow! I also got my favorite thing from TraderJoe's, BANANAS. They are 19 cents each!
Tomorrow I will get my yellow onions so that I can cook again! I want to make some more of the Brown Rice Meatloaf. It is so good and I make it in a mini loaf pan that makes 8 mini loaves. I freeze them and then it is easy to get a meal together! Sometimes I don't have the energy to cook and this is the perfect solution for me!
After my trip out this morning, I realized that I didn't weigh in for my challenge today! I am going to do it first thing in the morning! I would love to see some more progress!
I can see that bunny up ahead!
