I was NOT feeling in a good mood today (seems to be a recurring theme, I know). Despite my mood, I still went to the gym and had fun finishing my workout (week 2 of my 5K training!).
The idea of getting dressed is always a struggle, but the idea of working out doesn't annoy me... I'm enjoying the jogs and I am going to ride that high for as long as it lasts.
I have a way to go still... but I'm in week 2, and it's nice not to compare myself to anyone, it's just a matter of finishing the workout! My internal goal is to finish the 5K in 35 minutes or less, but we'll keep that to myself for now ;)
