It's been an ok day. Getting there slowly. Tomorrow is my father's birthday and I decided weeks ago that the 25th would be the day to take some time off from SP. I'm not looking for an excuse to indulge, I just want to help him celebrate. I'll have fun at lunch and then get back on track. The only big news today is that I went up in the weights that I use. I was using 3 pounds, now I am using 5 pounds. I know, I know, that is so light but I have almost no upper body strength. Getting up to 5 pounds is a big deal for me. I hope in a few more weeks to make my way to 8 pounds. (it is funny that my boyfriend can lift the 8 pounds like they are just a piece of paper. those 8 pounds are nothing to him!)
