Tonight's workout had another new to me exercise. Putting a loaded bar in the chestpress position and bringing your straight legs up to meet the bar. Of course I chose the lightest bar because I had never done the move before. The trainer came over the second time I was at that station and said "move up your weight, it's time." Ok and up I went and it was easy:) I don't know why I doubted myself but I am really glad the trainers know me better than I know myself.
This Am I was able to get in 22 miles before school. So before SWEAT tonight I got the other 8 done and had time for .5 more, than ran .5 home for a total of 31 miles today!
