Well thats my workout done for today...
Thats something I barely ever say, haha! I dont work out very often. I walk my dog everyday (today she got 1 hour 20 mins) and I do the odd 30 minutes on my home cross trainer, but I would hardly call them "workouts" (and in fact I dont always log them on the fitness tracker either as I dont always class them as workouts) as my fitness level is a good bit above that. However I dont really do full workouts, just because I cant really be bothered, thats all it really comes down to... lazyness.
BUT - I need to do some workouts, because although I am much slimmer now than I used to be, I am not toned, and thats what I need to work on now.
So today I did 80 minutes on my cross trainer, a 15 minute abs workout from sparkpeople videos, and lifted weights for my arms. It took me two hours in total, and I actually feel like I have done a workout for once lol.
Lets hope I can move tomorrow ;)
