My back hurts again...

OK, I was so excited because I started walking (not in the lazy river at the aquatic center) but three to four miles, on land. I thought my back was ok. But today... way too much pain and my doctor is gone till 29th. I would go today. I want to walk... but after damaging my back and breaking it and my neck... I am worried I might be damaging myself. I am in pain and have knots.

    Give yourself some rest and hopefully the pain will subside. When it feels better, start slow. Best wishes for a pain free night and a healing sleep.

    I too have suffered with a broken back and neck take it easy try swimming or the recumbent bike till the pain subsides. Take care.

    Do take it easy and I hope the Dr. can help lessen your pain if you still are in pain by the time he's back in his office. I'll be also saying a prayer of healing and that your pain is gone very soon. Take good care of Yourself.

    I'm emoticon for you, sorry to hear this, perhaps you are doing too much, maybe cut the walking down a little at least until you can see your Doctor and see what is said then..in the meantime I'm standing with you in prayer & my friendship!

    Best NOT to overdo it. I developed a stress fracture in my leg by overdoing it. That winds up setting you back even more. It WILL happen girl, just don't push it.

    Just take it slow and take a rest in between. Some times we push our selves to much. I hope you get to feeling better.
