WTH? My thighs touch! Every girls nightmare????

The skinny on squats and deadlifts...if you are prone to muscle... you will gain it fast!

I was annoyed to see how my tight my shorts are!!!

Honestly I was shocked to see how quickly my thighs grew!!! I have been eating well...even on deli food for impromptu picnics

Then I watched the 2012 crossfit games...again
And oh How I love Annie!!!

you think she gives a damn if her thighs touch??? Heck no! Shes the fittest gal alive!!!
I asked rocky(my inner boxer when I wear old skool sweats) what I should do...and he said tape that foot and MOVE!

Yeah my thighs touch but I am strong..I can deadlift and squat, FRAN, Shins to chin, and PRed with 85pd shoulder press8x and 60 pd straight bar curls.
My thighs may touch...and I look like this now..

But I am a total beast! Let those thighs touch and MOVE on!!
