I have set June 25th for my target for my return to onederland. That gives me 2 months to lose 18 lbs. Can I do it? I believe that I can.
If I lose 2 lbs./week I will meet that goal. I have become more aggressive with my workouts and am tracking my calorie intake, watching my sodium/ sugar/carb intake closer. Drinking lots of water too and being more consistent taking a multi-vitamin!
