Still feeling great - still bread/grain and dairy free! Here is my lunch today (50/50 mixed greens, spinach & kale topped with green apples, green grapes and walnuts & light balsamic dressing):

This girls is on fire!!! (basically) - headed to check out another CrossFit gym tonight (found one even closer to home) and preparing to attempt to summit Mt. Hood on Saturday for the first time.
Plus my new green GPS watch comes today - yippie!
