Argh! I cannot seem to win! i gained another 2 pounds this week. I am dropping my calories from 1400-1800 to 1200 to 1600 again. Sparks really messed up my weight with increasing the calories. Logged calories from lunch and breakfast and already in the 1100's. Must have been the dark chocolate acai I ate as a snack. Only ate a third of them but calories are high there. Have to minus out the tuna casserole and opt for something else; but what? i still need 22 more for protein and already had protein powder. Even the casserole will not help there. Nuts are too many calories and eggs will not do it or peanut butter. My daughter is depressed because she is trying to get SSI and they keep refusing, now they said because her name is on the CD that she is over the limit; so we went and had her name taken off of it; but she thinks it will not help that the government wants us to be poor.
