Positive : So I lost the 2lbs I gained when I was sick doing Krav Maga for 2 days!! Yesterday we worked on blocking attacks with our forearms and there were a lot of jumping drills as well. My arms were so sore and my body really wanted to give up, but I wouldn't let it. I made it through the entire 1 hour class, even with the pain in my arms and the discomfort I felt from leaving my feet. I chose to take this class, and I choose not to let it beat me!
Kind of Negative: Sometimes I forget that you don't go from 255 to 175 without some changes in your body. I have started to "melt" for lack of a better term. My rolls have started to move down my body & honestly I hate the way it looks. I am trying to stay positive and realize that it's all a part of the journey I'm on. I know it will get better, I guess it's just one of those it gets worse before it gets better things. I WILL NOT GIVE UP, regardless of how my body looks now I know that if I keep working I can get where I want to be!!
So I'm down to 212 and aiming for 208 by next Friday. That's the level I get my next reward (a spa day and body wrap)!
OMG!!! I just realized that 215 was my half way point, and I've already moved past that in 3 months! Hopefully by August I can be in my NEW and IMPROVED body!! Everyday is a step closer!!!
