Slow to fall Slow to start

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

As slow as I fell away from my journey it has been a slow return but I think that I am getting there. With cooking becoming a bigger part of my life and starting to really try and get into the exercise part maybe I can see some real results this time. I was so very excited today to log on and WIN an exercise DVD! WOOHOO!

I guess that taking all into consideration it is going to be a great way to get moving and get back into what I was doing before. I have to confess that the last couple of weeks have been more than a challenge and I haven't been keeping up with everything but I am going to stick this out and get back to and surpass what I was doing before.

Here's to a healthy week ahead!

The fact that you have NOT given up and keep plugging along whether you are making progress or not is a testament to your strength! You can do this, keep moving, start moving, keep cooking, and keep making good choices, and you will be there before you know it!

That is it girl keep moving. I think that the reason that I am doing so well is due to the workouts. I know that when I am doing them I can't always keep up or do the moves just right, but I am moving that is what counts. Just move that is all you have to do. The energy and the motivation from the changes will come. I was sweating last night going omg that isnt the right move ugh. But I didn't stop moving and I burned over 800 calories. Your awesome keep it up! You inspire me to succeed so know you are making a difference in yourself and others.

Remember, it is a very positive step that you have decided to start over! Don't be too hard on yourself.

Personally, I am starting out very slowly indeed, just trying to get into the way of sticking to small habits at first. If you are anything like me, you will be impatient to see results, but we have to look at the long term and gradually make small changes that will lead to a healthier way of living for the rest of our lives :)

Best of luck on your journey :) E_F x
