Remember Jane Fonda?
I bought a couple of her "Prime Time" series of exercise videos on sale awhile back. I decided to try one out. It is called Walk Out. I knew I was out of shape but I am ashamed. I gave out and had to march in place toward the end of the easy 20 minute mile walk. I just couldn't keep up.
This has just solidified my resolve to work harder. I took a walk outside yesterday - my legs were so tired! Afterwards I did wall push ups while waiting on the microwave and squats and lunges while watching TV. I will get in better shape - maybe not in stellar shape but decent.
Today I feel energized and motivated. I can do this!
