Time Flies

today I have taken a moment to look back on old blogs and I cant believe some were written 2 years ago. Where does the time ago. Luckily my weight has stayed about the same. At the same time I am frustrated I have not lost weight either. Time keeps on turning on bite at a time. I need to think about those bites I choose.
Reflection is good and motivation to do better is always a bite away. Today right now I will focus on the right bite and have another drink of water.

    Making choices is always a challenge, making small changes can make a BIG difference over time. What one small change might you make now to prevent looking back in 2-3 years and seeing your weight the same as it is now? Just start with ONE or two things and turn them into habits. You will see a change if you do even one small change.
