This morning I weighed in at 152.5 lbs! I had reached this weight before in the last couple of weeks, but then immediately got too comfortable and undid my progress. Last weekend I was at a party and I snacked ALL NIGHT! I was out of control. I kept snacking on chips, popcorn, pretzels, pizza, you name it. On Monday I weighed in at 157.5 lbs!!! I was horrified. I did a couple of days of detox, and today I'm back! I knew it was only "temporary weight" as I like to call it, from just putting so much food into my body, but I also knew that if I didn't do something about it right away it would stick.
I am going to try to keep going strong right now. One week from today I leave for Europe, to Romania to visit my family, and then to Holland. I can't wait to finally travel around Europe and not feel like the "fat friend".
