I'm getting a slow start to the morning. I woke up early to work and then fell back to sleep. I got up again and moved to the computer but still haven't started on anything I really need to get done today. I did weigh and my scale went a bit funky for awhile. It might be time to invest in a new one but the final weight for today was 248.8, up .8 from Saturday. I'm not going to enter it since I know I am retaining water today.
So my inspiration for today....
It's true. The scale may not say much but I know that I am moving more than I have in awhile. I'm not going to fret about it today, I'm just going to get up and move when I can. The key word is I can. I can move today. Maybe I can't run a triathlon or Zumba with the best of them but I can do something.
Goals for today:
At least 96oz of water
Steps and converted exercise = 4500 steps at least (already got in 5 min of chair dancing this morning)
Freggie with every meal and snack
Get in at least 2 strength exercises today
Have a healthy day!
