Weight Loss: 271.3 to 226.5 for a total of 44.8 or 45 pounds! WOO HOO, that is an average weight loss of about 2 pounds a week for the last 4 months. My goal is to hit 206 pounds by the 4th of July right now I am on track, but any deviations could cause me to miss my goal!
Inches Lost: 25.5 TOTAL!
Waist: 45 to 36.5 a total of 8.5
Hips: 52.5 to 45 a total of 7.5
Thigh: 31.5 to 25 a total of 6.5
Calf: 17.5 to 16 a total of 1.5
Upper Arm: 16.5 to 15 a total of 1.5
Just did my measurements total for the first time since I restarted sparkpeople in December, so thought I'd share.
