weigh in and eating out

had my weekly weigh in today. 2 lbs down, 22 total. I love seeing the scale go down. This week i had a mini reunion with about 40 ex coworkers. It was buffet style. I looked at the reunion as a way to socialize rather than eat. When it came down to eat I chose small portions of the foods i liked like chicken and fish, skipped the roast beef. I had 2 glasses of diet pepsi, my first pop since I started my dieting in 2 months. Thankfully I feel no need to continue with the pop, 2 glasses from that night and I am done, felt I might start again and not want to stop but nope no craving :)
