191- Not pleased

I know it takes more than 3 days to see evidence of a change, but if I were to pig out on pizza today, it would be evident tomorrow.

I have a events on Saturday and Sunday and if I keep gaining a pound a day, I will not be able to fit into my dresses.

It really pisses me off that I am working out twice as much, drinking 3 times as much water, and getting twice as much fiber, and that translates to weight GAIN on me. I think I am a freak of nature and I live in opposite world.

So for the next 3 days, I will continue on this plan, but I am cutting my calories back to 1300. I appreciate and embrace the nutritionist's suggestion of the quality of food and the changes I listed above. But I disagree with the quantity.

If I had been eating junk then made this change, the effect may have been different.

So to ensure my fabulosity for Saturday and Sunday and will follow the professional's plan, but scale it back it bit.

    Thank you Adamsmob. Yesterday, I ate most of my calories before 5pm and exercised one hour before bed without eating anything else. 3 pounds off!

I ranted to my nutritionist yesterday and she said to only adjust my calories to 1300-1400 but keep doing everything else.

Your workout is reshaping your body, that's why everyone can SEE your progress. Looking good is important, too. If I can weigh 185 and be a size 10, I would stop. But that is not possible.

Yes, let us keep pressing. I have to get 10 pounds off by May 22 (175). and another 5 off by July 4 (170). Then I will maintain for life.

    I know exactly what you mean!!!!! I have been exercising more and I also cut back on my caloric intake and I gain a pound. I was so upset this morning!! emoticon I wanted to blow my top, but I just said to myself. Self you have to get your but together and get on board with weight loss!! emoticon I am trying so hard to lose this stubborn weight. I just want to lose 25-30lbs and it seem as though I can't lose 2lbs. I do high impact aerobics, the elliptical, and the treadmill. So we're looking at a 45min class, 30min ellip, and 20 min treadmill and total of 1hr and 35 min of exercise 3xs a week and not to mention that I make sure to park my car 3 blocks from my job, so I have to walk in the morning and back in the evening. My hopes is that I will lose without notice. Now everybody around me is stating that I lose weight, but the scale emoticon is saying something totally different.
I will continue with my workout regimen and add more water intake emoticon as need. Hopefully this will help. K
