I know it takes more than 3 days to see evidence of a change, but if I were to pig out on pizza today, it would be evident tomorrow.
I have a events on Saturday and Sunday and if I keep gaining a pound a day, I will not be able to fit into my dresses.
It really pisses me off that I am working out twice as much, drinking 3 times as much water, and getting twice as much fiber, and that translates to weight GAIN on me. I think I am a freak of nature and I live in opposite world.
So for the next 3 days, I will continue on this plan, but I am cutting my calories back to 1300. I appreciate and embrace the nutritionist's suggestion of the quality of food and the changes I listed above. But I disagree with the quantity.
If I had been eating junk then made this change, the effect may have been different.
So to ensure my fabulosity for Saturday and Sunday and will follow the professional's plan, but scale it back it bit.
