Rain won't stop me

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

I have loved walking this week, Monday and Tuesday walks were great. Today I can't walk, it is raining and yuckie out, it will not stop me .. I will work out in the house today.. the good news is it will get nicer tomorrow, and I will be walking inside with my hubby tomorrow , we always walk around on Thursdays ... I will also get him working out with me today and tomorrow inside... I am really gonna start getting on him, he wants me to, so I am not being a nagging wife.
My baby nephew is doing well being here, He is such a good baby. He sleeps a good bit , and wakes up with a smile.
Dani will be done with all her PSSA testing today and she is happy about it. The tests are done through the state.
Boe and Gabe come back today from their dad's we will see how they are doing Wednesday's are always shaky on how their attitudes will be.

Like your fighting spirit, not even rain can dampen your motivation to keep going on :D

Sounds like everything for you and hubby are going well. The two of you working out as a team is awesome. I hope your boys are pleasant when they come home!

I totally understand the emotional upset when kids return from another parents place. Can be so upsetting. I think it''s mostly just confusing for them.

My husband wants me to come up with a plan that we can work on together. He too, won't initiate fitness. It's been a struggle to get him to paint our basement or walk the dog... geez! Men sometimes! emoticon

Anywho, great job on not letting the rain get you down! Would you ever wear a poncho to walk outside??? emoticon Just a thought. I'm gonna get one!!!

Way to go on having a backup plan. You CAN do it!

I was actually debating whether I am going to run in the rain today. If not, I'll go use the indoor track. There is no skipping the run though!

Sounds like you have a great backup plan! If my hubby is home and I am going out and biking or walking he will always join me but he won't instigate the workout. Kind of funny but it also motivates me to get going when he is around because he needs the exercise so I guess it works for both of us! Have an awesome day.
