No Time to Exercise

Like money, we feel that we have no time if we don't know how we SPEND our time.

Consider keeping a log on what you do in a day. How much time do you spend:

1. Watching television
2. Checking email over and over throughout the day
3. Surfing the internet or cruising chat rooms with no purpose in mind
4. Wandering around stores, just looking for bargains
5. Shuffling the same papers back and forth on your desk
6. Worrying

Where are you wasting time? It should not be too difficult to make time for yourself that enhances your life. Try keeping a log for a week or even just a day. You may be surprised as to how much time you actually have.
