Owey, owey, ow! Ooooo that IT muscle is sore. Well I know I did too much too soon. That roller though will take getting used to but it's a good hurt. Gotta massage those IT muscles to help them. And using the roller will help.
I'm going to rest this week. Just do walking. Continue with the roller. Stretch. And back to running next week. But be disciplined and also walk. I won't be doing myself any favours if I don't let my body heal. I'd be ever so disciplined if I had to bring my horse back from an injury. I need to do so with myself!
June 1st - I'll be ready for another 5k race, I know it.
