I had kind of forgotten how it felt to eat healthily. I had a delicious and healthy vegetarian taco salad for dinner, so low calorie that I could afford to spring for a beer as well (It was a stressful day, but I stopped at one beer) This morning, after a delicious breakfast of oatmeal with blueberries and granola thrown in for a touch of sweetness, I was feeling pretty good. I started noticing that I didn't feel bloated and gross, simply eating better made me feel better about myself. I haven't stepped on the scale yet. I've only renewed my efforts to eat healthy for a couple of days now, so I'm sure there wouldn't really be progress on the scale, but regardless, I am liking the way I feel today and I'm excited for some more healthy meals today!
