Ok I weighed in today at 183. I have lost 7 pounds since January, and I hope that I can continue to lose. I have been drinking more water, and only drink diet if I need a soda. My breakfast is a meal replacement bar, because I simply don't have time for it. I have been eating these 90 and 100 calorie packs for snacks if I get hungry, and sometimes I only need a few bites and I am good to go for a while. Hopefully I have a bigger loss on my next doctors visit.
