I still haven't made it to Peak Performance, but I will get there. So far my Adidas are holding up. They were brand new, so they should be ok for a little while.
I didn't run this morning. I am kind of paranoid of loosing my arm definition, so I did strength training this morning. Weights, push ups, v push ups, and part of the Insanity ab workout, that I remember. I want to keep that definition.
I did notice that I'm getting the "runner's lower abs." They are flat, but the muscles around my hip bones are developing. I like it! My daughter stated that I'm looking, "skin.., um fit." I complimented on her change of terminology. I don't want thin, I want fit, toned muscles. I guess I'm on my way!!!
