Stumbling On!

Well I haven't done great at my "making a comeback". But I am continuing to make an effort. And I am hoping I have something that will make me make a strong effort at this again. I went and had my bloodwork drawn and made an appt for a physical on June 29th. So I have 2 months to try and lose some weight so my doctor will at least see some difference. I am about 20 pounds down from my last weight at my doctors, but I would love for that to be down by 30 pounds or more when I go back. So surely I can lose 10 pounds in 2 months!! The food I eat can be an issue at times but when I really think about it and plan that's not too hard for me to keep on track, it's the exercise and making myself do that on my work days!! Last Saturday I took my grandson to Mountain Farm in Burnsville NC for Baby Goat day! Alot of walking up and down hills, lots of animals, he bottle fed 1 week old baby goats, chickens, fed hay to miniature donkeys, there were llamas and baby babydoll sheep, and angora rabbits!! Lots of fun and exercise that day!
