For your action plan, come up with two new ways you can mix up your program, whether it's setting a new goal, trying a new food, or re-energizing your workouts. Write down your plans in your journal or SparkPeople blog, along with your action plan for putting these changes into motion.
Here is the plan to make 2 changes to mix up the program and keep it fresh. I will actually follow the food plan offered on the tracker. I have not actually done that before. the exercise portion is going quite well by following the fitness book walk away the pounds by Leslie Sansone. So my 2 changes will be in the food department. Today I am looking at the planed meals on the tracker and changing only what I need to change to have a good plan for keeping my blood sugar under control then printing out the grocery list and shop for 4 days. Maybe the scale will respond finally.
