Working to maintain a healthy weight.

I am continuing to attempt to balance eating the right amount of food and exercise with my new healthy weight to maintain and not gain. If I lose a few more pounds gradually I am ok with that as well. I am still at the upper end of the normal range and believe my waist is still to large compared to my height, so I am going to work out and eat carefully and slowly, but surely find a healthy weight to maintain.
