Thank you all for the support yesterday

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

Yes I received an unwelcome note on my blog about incorporating yogurt into my nutrition. But yesterday I was so happy to receive support, encouragement and positive notes on my blog. Yes there are a few sparkers who try to bring you down while you are doing your best to succeed in your goals. I think the response all comes down from jealousy. Apparently this person is not doing well on her journey, while I am doing well. She thought she could draw me into her negativism. But with my meds and also the caring responses from me fellow spark friends, I have gotten over this minor bump along my journey. Now I know not everyone on SP will try to help ~ lesson learned the hard way.

Still on a positive note the yogurt is working great. In the past two days my trips to the Men's room have been successful and the gas problem has gone away. Love yogurt, so happy I tried it!

Thank you all quality sparkers for your support, encouragement and well wishes!

I am glad you didn't let it get you down. We just ignore those people who do not help in our journey.

So glad the yogurt has turned out to be a good idea for you, and one you enjoy!! emoticon

You can be sure that when anyone lashes out at another person from left field - out of the blue - it's not even about their "target," but rather about their own deep-seated (in all likelihood) problems. Maybe it's anger, frustration, or even jealousy when they look at your SparkPage and see how successful you have been - and remain. Maybe it's because they resent your positive, proactive attitude when they're so mired in negativity and self-loathing. To project those problems on another person, though, is a sick, pathetic maneuver that deserves their self-examination...and our pity.

You handled the situation as you handle everything - like a pro! emoticon
