Think It Over

We had about 4-6 inches of snow this morning, so I didn't go for a walk, instead I shoveled the driveway. I was going to do an exercise DVD later on, but forgot. I didn't go to the gym. I am trying to rest a little since I have achilles tendonitis.

Regarding the treadmill, I am looking on Craig's list and probably will be checking out garage sales too. I want to make sure to get a good one for the right price.

Today I worked on planning out 4 quilts to make for an African girls home. I am not sure when they need to be done. My sister told me last week they needed some more. I also finished quilting one baby quilt. Now I just need to bind it.

I also started reading Made to Crave again. The quote for the day...
" 'Think it over' I wonder how many choices and severe consequences could have been averted if that three-word statement had been applied."

I applied that today. I wanted so much to eat nutella, but I thought it over and didn't. I knew that wasn't part of my nutrition plan. Which by the way, I have been back to following again since yesterday. I don't know if that has made a difference, but I haven't been tired during the day the last couple of days. I've been limiting sugar carbs. Instead it has been protein and whole grains.

Daily Goals:
1) Blog -- emoticon
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes. emoticon 15 min
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day emoticon 5 servings
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will.. Think it over

    Protein and whole grains! Good for you! I haven't let myself buy Nutella. Am sure I could go crazy with it "pretending" it's healthy. Hope you can find a good replacement treadmill. How's your heel feeling? Hope the rest is doing it good!
