We had about 4-6 inches of snow this morning, so I didn't go for a walk, instead I shoveled the driveway. I was going to do an exercise DVD later on, but forgot. I didn't go to the gym. I am trying to rest a little since I have achilles tendonitis.
Regarding the treadmill, I am looking on Craig's list and probably will be checking out garage sales too. I want to make sure to get a good one for the right price.
Today I worked on planning out 4 quilts to make for an African girls home. I am not sure when they need to be done. My sister told me last week they needed some more. I also finished quilting one baby quilt. Now I just need to bind it.
I also started reading Made to Crave again. The quote for the day...

I applied that today. I wanted so much to eat nutella, but I thought it over and didn't. I knew that wasn't part of my nutrition plan. Which by the way, I have been back to following again since yesterday. I don't know if that has made a difference, but I haven't been tired during the day the last couple of days. I've been limiting sugar carbs. Instead it has been protein and whole grains.

2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will.. Think it over
