When I first started blogging, I found myself always blogging when I was finished with nutrition, exercise, and updating goals, earning points, and so on. I have decided that works well for me, as somehow it seems that it is another goal - something that helps me be accountable.
Now I see another opportunity to add to the list of things that make me accountable! For example, today I found myself thinking about writing notes and comments back to Sparkfriends, and although I wrote some this morning, there are others that could benefit from a more thoughtful reply.
The reason I think this will be better is because if I work on this healthy lifestyle change all day I will have a full sense of what did happen toward that goal and hopefully why; and maybe I will have some ideas to contribute. Maybe it will even help me to be more mindful, as I will be most likely mention what worked and what didn't when replying.
It's worth a try, don't you think? I do want to latch onto every possibility to push me toward my goal!
