Okay...so i had to take an extra week off cause i majorly messed up my hip..majorly. But im all good now! I started off slow tonight with just 15 minutes or so and it was almost 4 miles.. broke a sweat and it felt amazing! My hip is still good after which also feels amazing! Looking so forward to adding a bit each day!
