i'm back almost to where i started the year. and i definitely feel better about it.
still doing okay with the no intentional sugar challenge to myself. i did have part of a diet dr pepper today though. not kickin' myself about it - it was necessary to get through work today [6 straight hours of precal will do that to a gal].
bootcamp is goin well (it's the last week). we did leg throw downs yesterday and let me tell you, sneezing, laughing, coughing, and reaching forward for something has been interesting. guess we hadn't really worked those muscles to much.
my evening class wrapped up last night. it is amazing how much of a difference i've noticed in my demeanor. i'm much more relaxed. and it's opened up my evening to let me dig in to a book i checked out: the hunger fix by pam peeke. it's about overcoming food addiction. what i've read so far addresses the what goes on in the brain when we eat crap food. extremely interesting and enlightening.
just gotta keep marchin' on
