Two words: Love It!
I have avoided the meal plans for as long as I have been on here but have started using them this week. They are awesome because they are so easy and flexible. You can swap out by item or meal however if you stick to the options you always end up with a balanced diet.
I am very excited to keep going. This is what I need. Hello Sparkpeople, looking forward to using your wonderful tools. No more resistance.
