I have hypothydriodism , I take synthroid - it is hard - I lost 100 with this disease and after breaking both legs. You can do this just start slow - you have to fool that hypothalamus really the more stressed you get the more he will hold onto the fat - just breath , I am hear if you need me - Do you have a bike you can ride it does wonders - Do not beat yourself up - one pound at a time just keep going. Big Hugs Karen - BTW - I will set the table for you - Grilled Turkey :) emoticon emoticon emoticon

Don't be too hard on yourself. My favorite motto is "One day at a time"

Don't give up! I know it is hard with hypothyroidism, my mom had it. But if you can just work the stress of the disease you can lose weight and it will help control your thyroid levels.

Good luck!
