So this morning I went to a free seminar at the YMCA called Portion Distortion, which really put my portion size into perspective. From now on I will eat everything off a salad plate except for salad which I will pile up on a bigger plate. I have begun measuring out my portions and have recently purchased The Biggest Loser glass digital food scale at Walmart for $25. You can only find it in the store not on the website. Yes it is a little pricey but worth every penny.
Tonight I will take a Cardio and Core fitness class at the YMCA. I have scheduled at least 1 exercise class everyday except Saturday and Sunday. Saturday will be an open day to do whatever workout I want and Sunday is my one day off which I do active rest like cleaning my apartment.
Tomorrow I have a turbo kickboxing class at 8:30am then afterward I will take the water aerobics class at 10am.
