I am giving myself a challenge to get downstairs and JUST do my WO
for an hour a day. By May 21 I want to lose 10 lbs!
Just getting up and MOVING
eating right
no more late night snacks.
Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.
That's 29 days and it starts TODAY!

    Ok did 80 min of yoga and 25 on the bike!!! YEAH ME!!!!

and I adjusted all my measurements and weight.
I have been so afraid but I need to take action.
Today is the DAY!!!
