We've had a couple of nice weather days here in NY but it keeps going back to cold temperatures which is unusual for April. It was freezing this morning! Spring time usually gives me quite a boost when it comes to being active... spring cleaning... walking... doing all the right things cause no more coat wearings! Well, forecast starting tomorrow is 60s all week so I am looking forward to that and plan to walk walk and walk.
I started Spark's boot camp challenge just yesterday. (for some reason I am not getting emails about the boot camp. have to look into it.) I did very well food-wise yesterday. Breakfast: Coffee, Oatmeal with a little maple syrup. Lunch: Panera salad called Apple Fuji. Only ate half of that. Water. Banana.
Dinner: Spinach salad with tomatoes, feta cheese, red onions, grilled chicken and Balsamic dressing. Diet zero calories Ice tea. Water.
Exercise: 20" of treadmill, 50 lift of kettebells with both hands, did Nicole's video.
Today: same breakfast, same lunch and same dinner. 20" treadmill, kettlebell and resting a bit now. Will check out more videos to do more exercises and also lift some weights!
I feel excited and energized right now. Let's hope the enthusiasm stays with me! Any words of wisdom are welcomed! :)
