fear of the washer/dryer!

Tuesday, April 23, 2013

We all know that when we get to the point where our "fat" pants are tight. I hate that but when it's a reality it's time you face it.

That happened at the beginning of March. I came back to Spark People 100% and have been doing the best I can. Exercising and tracking the really good food I've been eating is the way to go.

There was a time when I hated putting my jeans (read fat pants) into the washer and then dryer. I was always afraid that when I put them on they would be really, REALLY tight and I would hate that.

Yesterday, I washed and dried my jeans. I put them on, zipped them up and off I went. Yay!!!! I'm about 10 lbs down and I know the next 10 lbs and I have to get rid of these pants forever!!

I can't wait!!!

What a GREAT FEELING to put on JEANS & have them ZIP RIGHT UP without having to do a TUG OF WAR or jiggle & wiggle around to fit into them! emoticon

Immediately donate them to the thrift store, so someone else coming down from a larger size can buy them cheaply! Once they're not in your closet anymore, you won't have any more fat pants to wear. Only those good looking skinny pants you want to look so very, very fine in.
