Day 113 - Fitness
20 minutes cardio cruiser + 2 hours of house cleaning
Day 58 - All day tracking
Breakfast - tracked
Lunch - tracked
Dinner - tracked
Snacks - tracked
I started the day doing 20 minutes of cardio on my cardio cruiser (combo rower and bike). I like doing exercise before I get home in the evening. However, I did not think I could exercise before going to work. I am going to try this again tomorrow.
I had so much energy last night that I tackled by bedroom. Not only did I change sheets, launder the linen, I flip the mattress, organized all the nightstands, swept and mopped. I was good and sweaty by the time I took my shower.
Upside - lots of fitness. Downside - did not get to bed until midnight.
