Finally getting a break to sit down and blog. So far today has been get breakfast, drop the oldest off at school, get supplies for his book report, grocery store trip to get food to last only till Friday, sort food, clean out fridge, make lunch for hubby and friend, flip laundry, clean the carpets in my sons room and get my 3 year old down for a nap. I did all of this with said 3 year old in tow. I assume this would have been much easier with out her but that is Mommy life for you.
I still have to fold and put away 3 loads of laundry and still have 3 loads left to wash and put up. Not including the loads in the washer and dryer. After that I need to wash bedding, clean dishes, pick up the oldest and head to the gym to meet the hubby. I am pretty sure there is something else in this mix. BUT I have no memory of it.
Things have been going better for me. I am mentally becoming more at ease with the past month and know I am getting better with every passing day.
Also since all the commotion I have been eating soy and gluten. Let me tell you...that was a horrible choice. My body has been so achy, hormones are upside down and my anxiety levels are at an all time high. That was a huge sign that the no soy/gluten/peanuts diet is right on for me. The times before that when I was clean of all of that I felt AMAZING! No I feel like garbage so back I go without looking back. I know there will be days that I will not be able to avoid it but one mess up is better than 7 days messing up.
