I woke up and started exercising, 73 minutes this time - Sometimes it's hard to get motivated but I just got to push myself to succeed.
I did 22 minutes of Hula hoop - 154 Calories
15 minutes of free running - 132 Calories
26 minutes of boxing - 166 Calories
10 minutes of free step - 60 Calories
for a grand total of 512 Calories.
Weigh in for today was 220 pounds (99.8kg) I AM FINALLY UNDER 100 KG! yes! Now my next huge goal is to be under 200 pounds.. only 20 pounds to go.
and my BMI went from 30.99 to 30.80 ... So close out of Obese. Eee! Quelle excitement!
These are my 2 babies.. kind of what I look like after I work out; exhausted.
I have reached my April 30th goal of being at 220, a week early. Woohoo! Now if my whole weight loss journey takes less time to accomplish.. I'll be ecstatic.
