Lats Sunday went well, my Green Breakfast Smoothie stuck with me and all Ihad time for was snacks of almonds, dried aprcots and water, while working on my daughters house. By the time we got home I was so tired (from 12 PM to 9 PM) all I wanted was to drink another Smoothie, shower and go to bed.
Mon and Today, I have been prepping and painting the guest bath at home. Lots of walking and up and down on the ladder and doing some farm work. I'm counting this as Cardio.
My goals this Week:
Cardio each day
Gym Wed. and Fri. (I skipped Mon.)
1 gal. of water a day
High calorie & Low carb days
These make lots of FARM WORK!
