Been stuck on this plateau for MANY weeks now. The scale is no longer budging, so I am done using it for awhile. I am concentrating on measurements now. I am going to measure every week for a month and see if that makes a difference.
I will beat this! I have started mixing up my workouts. I no longer do the same thing everyday. Seems to help alot! I am focusing more on eating healthy and counting calories just a bit more than normal. I can do this!!! I have been successful for the past 6 months and giving up is not an option.
