I love almonds, especially the savory flavored kind. My favorite right now is Wasabi Soy by Blue Diamond Almonds. I usually just take out the amount I plan to eat (about 1/2 an ounce) and then put the container away so I don't keep taking more. Last night, I don't know why, but I just started eating out of the container and I couldn't stop. I finished off the jar, which must have been at least three times my normal amount. Thank goodness there wasn't much left, or I might have kept going all night. At least it was something healthyish. I know almonds are good for me, but I'm not too sure about the flavor powder. I'll have to do some research on the other ingredients. I sure hope I'll still be able to eat my favorite treat!
