a major step back

My April goals didn't go so good. I took a major step backwards. I am so sick of playing around and not keeping my promise to myself to eat healthy and be healthy. It is never too late to start tho.

I was honest and posted my weight even tho it went up.

Now I am gonna look at my goals again. Both longterm, med, and short. I will be posting it on my blog a reference for myself.

I am also gonna post them on my profile page as I reach them.

I have already stayed in calorie range and walked 40 min 2 days in a row.

This is gonna be a great new start

    Tomorrow is another day. Today was NOT a good eating day for me--if it was in the house I ate it. But I have menu & workout planned for tomorrow...

    Sounds like a fantastic new start to me. I keep asking myself the same question....why can't I stay on track? *sigh* Today is my first day back. I walked for 40 minutes as well and I was within my calorie range too for the first day in awhile. Here's to new starts! We can do it!

    Little by little you will do it. You didn't gain all the weight at one time, you're not going to lose it all at one time either.

    I think you are wise to break down your goals into long term, medium and short term. I also think that posting it in a blog as a reference to yourself will help to keep you accountable to yourself. You're off to a great start! Keep up the great work! emoticon emoticon
