I've noticed several changes since adopting healthy habits. First of all, my food portions are smaller. I tend to snack less (except for the occasional "slip up"). I am also addicted to fitness. Although I allow myself to take a rest from exercise from time to time, I generally try to work out everyday. On my "rest" days, I try to at least get in a 20-30 minute walk.
Another big change is my attitude about myself! I respect myself more, and I'm actually a little kinder to myself (that is, I don't "beat" myself up as much as I used to for the occasional slip up).
I'm taking this slowly but surely, and I'm seeing some gradual changes.
