I have fallen off the P90X bandwagon - got sick and now I just can't seem to get back on.

I have my try-a-tri in 3 weeks, so I need to focus on swimming, biking and running now. My plan: aquafitness tonight, walk/run tomorrow morning, bike on Thursday, rest on Friday.

    That's a good focus with that coming up 'at you' soon. Maybe when it's done, you'll feel like something else. With autoimmune, any VERY tight schedule works against me for workouts. I've done many rounds of ChaLEAN Extreme and maybe got through ONE of p90x before something happened but since 2010, my health hasn't been cooperating.

I'm thinking of trying CE again but I have to know that I can't do what I used to get away with pre-multi-over-training injuries. :/
